Recruiting Agency Workers – from Applicant to Available

This one-day workshop equips organisation working in the UK food supply chain, to overcome current challenges to find, and keep, the workers they need to continuously improve business productivity and performance.

It is particularly recommended for both suppliers and their labour providers to attend together to encourage a partnership approach in designing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.


In an economy with the lowest employment rate since 1975 and widespread skills shortage, understanding the importance of what finding ‘the right’ people means in your business is key.
