In-house Training

The ALP is more than happy to deliver our courses to your employees at a venue of your choice. We can deliver half-day and 1-day courses for up to 20 people.

Bespoke Training

In addition to our programme of courses for individuals and organisations, ALP trainers can work with you to tailor training sessions to meet the needs of your organisation.

Prices will vary depending on whether we need to provide 1 or 2 trainers. We may also need to add a small charge to cover travel costs.

David Camp November 2012a cropped portrait b David Camp is the Chief Executive of the ALP. David has run allianceHR Ltd since 2002, an HR and ethical trade consultancy specialising in issues surrounding agency and labour issues within the food and agriculture sectors. He previously worked in HR and Operational Management for 15 years within a wide range of food processing sites around the UK.

Jerry Camp

Jerry Camp November 2012 croppedJerry is the Membership Support Manager for the ALP and has over 30 years’ experience with a number of the UK’s largest Food Retailers. Jerry coordinates ALP membership support and personally delivers specialist knowledge of the UK supermarket sector, pre- GLA inspection consultation and guidance, workshop delivery, labour cost analysis and ethical management.
